Patrick founded 104 West in 2003 with the vision of creating an agency that served new ideas with a keen focus on providing actionable strategy, superior results and outstanding client service. In his role as partner and chief strategic officer, Patrick counsels the firm’s clients on key communications issues, working closely with C-level executives on the impact communications can have on their business.
Patrick has communicated ideas and influenced opinions and customer buying habits for nearly 25 years. He has helped Fortune 50 companies launch category-building product lines. He has re-positioned young start-ups from broad consumer service models to focused business software application vendors. He has changed the market rules for moribund brands and transformed them into award-winners. He has taken new companies with new ideas and engineered market acceptance and category leadership.
Patrick’s career has been shaped by work in major agencies in New York City and Silicon Valley, as well as a stint in a bubble-era technology start-up. He has worked with leading technology companies as well as counseled some of the industry’s leading CEOs. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in New York City.
