Bringing nearly 15 years of high technology public relations experience to her role of Vice President, Jennifer’s mission is to ensure that 104 West clients receive exceptional levels of client service, powerful programs that map directly to their business objectives as well as the oversight of flawless execution of deliverables. In her role, she also provides strategic counsel and program development to the agency’s clients.
Jennifer’s current and previous clients range from startups to worldwide leaders in the technology arena. She has significant experience working with growth companies to create winning launch strategies and momentum building campaigns in an agency setting. She has also spent time working in-house managing and implementing marking communications programs. During her career, Jennifer has helped companies shape and articulate their message to key constituents, including customers, prospects, investors and industry influencers. In addition, Jennifer also brings a wealth of experience in employee communications and issues management.
Jennifer’s past experience includes creating and managing the public relations and internal communications efforts at CreekPath Systems, an early stage storage company that was acquired by OpsWare. Prior to CreekPath, Jennifer was a vice president at Greenough Communications, a mid-sized PR agency in Boston, MA, where she was a member of the management team. At Greenough, she was responsible for new business, expansion into new geographies, as well as helping create successful and innovative PR programs for clients.
Jennifer also spent six years at The Weber Group (now Weber Shandwick Worldwide) leading product launches and corporate reputation campaigns for a variety of technology clients. As part of her tenure at The Weber Group, Jennifer served as an onsite consultant to General Motors in the launch of eGM, the Internet Division of General Motors, where she developed and managed high-impact communications strategies.
Over the years, Jennifer has generated significant exposure in leading trade publications, newspapers, and national magazines, as well as in national and local broadcast outlets for a range of clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from Hartwick College.
